Back again for another weekend of Madness!!!
This is the 29th year for our event and we’ve been changing with the times. Originally created to celebrate the long history of logging in our area, the fest was centred around crowd-pleasing loggers games. As it evolved we moved on to include the very popular Mud Dawgs and began to feature local artists and musicians who expressed the character of our locale and culture. In recent years the festive Labour Day Weekend event has moved from the logger’s field on to the main street. Local artists bring the street alive and many of our community spaces are given over to music, entertainment, demonstrations and activities. Join us as we celebrate our community here in the beautiful Highlands!
